SmartShipAuto is a product of Venire Inc. This page explains our Terms of Use, how we handle your data, and how to contact us.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using SmartShipAuto (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

SmartShipAuto is an online marketplace operated by Venire Inc. We connect people who need to ship vehicles (“Customers”) with brokers and carriers (“Companies”) who can provide quotes. Venire Inc. does not transport vehicles and is not a motor carrier, freight broker of record, or insurance provider.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Marketplace only (no carrier services)

SmartShipAuto is a marketplace and communication tool. Any agreement to move a vehicle is strictly between the Customer and the Company. We do not guarantee pricing, pickup or delivery dates, insurance coverage, or the performance of any Company listed on the platform.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the Service.
  • Use the Service only for lawful, genuine car-shipping needs.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam, abuse, harassment, or fraudulent messages.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. SMS and email communications

By providing your phone number and/or email and enabling notifications, you authorize us to send you messages related to your account, shipments, quotes, and product updates as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can adjust notification preferences in the Settings section of the app at any time.
  • You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a SmartShipAuto text. Reply HELP for help.

6. Fees and changes

SmartShipAuto may be offered free or with fees for certain features. Any pricing, commissions, or subscription fees will be communicated clearly in the Service before you are charged. We may update or change pricing and features in the future.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venire Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Venire Inc. collects, uses, and shares information when you use SmartShipAuto.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your phone number, name, and, if you choose to provide it, your email address and company details.
  • Shipment & quote data: the details of shipments you post, quotes you send or receive, and actions you take (such as accepting or declining a quote).
  • Usage information: basic logs and analytics (for example, which pages are viewed, your approximate location, and device information) to improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate and maintain SmartShipAuto.
  • To connect Customers and Companies and facilitate quotes and communication.
  • To send SMS and email notifications you have enabled (e.g. new quotes, accepted quotes, shipment updates).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Service.
  • To analyze anonymized, aggregated data to improve features and performance.

3. When we share information

  • With Companies when you accept a quote, so they can contact you about your shipment.
  • With service providers that help us run the Service, such as SMS and email providers (e.g. Twilio, SendGrid), hosting, and analytics.
  • If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Venire Inc., our users, or others.
  • As part of a merger, acquisition, or other business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. SMS & email communications

We use your phone number and email address to send:

  • Required messages, such as verification codes and important account or security notices.
  • Optional messages you enable in Settings, such as new quote alerts or accepted quote notifications.

You can change your preferences in Settings at any time. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to a SmartShipAuto text. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use industry-standard security controls to protect your data, but no system can be perfectly secure.

6. Your choices

  • You can update your profile and notification preferences in Settings.
  • You can request that we delete your account by contacting us at ship@venireservices.com. Some data may be retained for legal, safety, or business reasons.
